General Terms of Use (GTU)

Preamble

These General Terms of Use (GTU) are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the website www.hooke-electronics.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Hooke Electronics Solutions (hereinafter "the Company"), whose registered office is located at 14, rue de la clairière, 17640 Vaux-sur-mer, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS)) under number 929 262 822.

Acceptance of the GTU

Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance and compliance with these GTU. By accessing and using the Site, the user (hereinafter "the User") accepts without reservation these GTU.

Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site, whether hardware, software, or internet access costs, are exclusively at the User's expense. The Company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or servers or any other event beyond its control that would prevent or degrade access to the Site.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access in case of non-compliance with these GTU or provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company, except for elements provided by potential partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of any or all of the elements of the Site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the Company. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to French law. In case of dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these GTU, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Court of Appeal of Poitiers.

Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (CGU)

Préambule

Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (CGU) ont pour objet de définir les modalités d'utilisation du site internet www.hooke-electronics.com (ci-après "le Site"), édité par Hooke Electronics Solutions (ci-après "la Société"), dont le siège social est situé au 14, rue de la clairière, 17640 Vaux-sur-mer, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) sous le numéro 929 262 822.

Propriété Intellectuelle

Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes CGU, les parties conviennent de rechercher une solution amiable. À défaut de solution amiable, le litige sera porté devant les tribunaux compétents de la Cour d'Appel de Poitiers.
